There may be a delay in processing your order if the shipping address does
not match the address on file with your credit card company. The Audiophile Zone reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
The Audiophile zone will ship products anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Exceptions include all restricted area products. We reserve the right not to ship to a location.
In the event the product purchased exceeds the shipping limits of the standard carriers such as UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service, the merchandise may be shipped via trucking service. We will notify you if this is the case.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us within 24-48 hours at our main phone number. We will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the defective item. Please have the product repackaged with all accessories, and ready for pickup. We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt for processing.
In certain cases, it may be necessary to return a product. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. All returns must adhere to the following process:
Process to return a product(s)
1. The product MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days.
2. The product must be in like new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete, improperly packaged, or damaged products will be charged an adjustment fee determined solely by The Audiophile Zone.
3. Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.
4. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as The Audiophile Zone will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

If the item is not defective, and has been returned solely due to customer preference, the purchase will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, or 100% of the purchase price may be granted as credit to the purchase of an item or items of equal or greater value, at the discretion of The Audiophile Zone.
